Ryan Rockland has been a nationally certified personal trainer for 20 years. He has worked with a diverse range of clients from several demographics, including special populations and differently abled individuals. Ryan excels in corrective exercise, athletic performance, body composition adjustment and enhancing quality of life. He currently holds the NASM Personal Trainer Certification, Corrective Exercise Certification and Wellness Coach Certification. He received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Ralph Gracie in 2018 and completed a Masters in Sport Management from University of San Francisco in 2008.
